Blogs back again again
As far as I can tell, internet users in Ethiopia can visit Blogspot blogs again.
They disappeared. Then they came back. Then they disappeared again. Then they came back again. All very strange.
Nazret.com still does not work, nor do the usual suspects like Ethiomedia. Proxy servers like Anonymouse are also having problems.
