You forgot to mention the prime ministers interview. He said telecomunication in Ethiopia is a licence to print money, so why privitize. I dont see how a government print money with 128 kbs internet speed. In case someone tips to the PM here is a conversion 1,000 Byte = 1 Kilobyte (KB),2,000 Kilobyte (KB) = 2 Megabyte (MB)

2 MB is a minimum offer theses days in many countries.
