Ethiopian community in Japan "reorganized"

Is there anyone out there who can explain what this means:

Ethiopian community in Japan reorganized - The Ethiopian Herald 12 June

Addis Ababa - The Ethiopian community in Japan was reorganized, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs quoted the Ethiopian Embassy in Japan.

In its statement sent to ENA [the Ethiopian News Agency] Friday, the ministry said the Ethiopian Community in Japan has been reorganized in connection with the 15th anniversary of the May 28 victory.

Are they now all being forced to stand in alphabetical order? Or by height?

U R funny.... but Mr. Meles ZARQAWI has recently formed the Diaspora Affairs Minstry to do just that, "reorganize" communities so that they will be willing to celeberate 'Sene 1' as 'Ye selam Qen =' [Day of Peace].

"Are they now all being forced to stand in alphabetical order? Or by height?"

I've not yet figured out what your problem is :-) It's somehwere between you still reading The Ethiopian Herald AND trying to make sense out of it. Two wrongs definitely don't make right.

Andrew, I suggest you send your questions to the Ethiopian Herald people.I hear that the reporters are busy wrting Letters To the Editor,in addition to thier reporting job.
You will save them from a day's work.

May be they sent some cadres and did some tribal "who is who" as they do in ethiopia and every where else. These guys believe in blood, nothing else! Now, they are after the diaspora !

It means that it (the organization, namely the Ethiopian community) has been reorganized:
[reorganize: to organize again or anew, from M-W dictionary.]

Please elaborate what is meant by 'Are they now all being forced to stand in alphabetical order? Or by height?', because I would like to respond to that.
