So you think you know about Africa?

Then try the end-of-year quiz just posted by Ethan Zuckerman of BlogAfrica, GlobalVoices and My Heart's in Accra.

I thought I knew all about Africa until I scored well below the required 60% on my first go. (It was particularly embarrassing as I contributed one of the questions - try and guess which one.)

oh, bit you by 10% and pleasantly surprised to find out so many mobile phone users in the continent. well, that is a lesson of the day.

keep up the good work,

happy new year and hope to be in your city for hogmanay.

Thanks! I felt terrible about getting 50% (with some lucky guesses, no less), but now I don't feel so bad. The implication is clear: Ethan needs to curve that quiz. . . .
